By installing, accessing, or using the InmiMood beta application ("Beta App"), you agree to the terms of this Beta Tester Agreement.
The Beta App contains confidential and proprietary information belonging to Brian Lichtman and any successor entity, including INMITech, LLC ("Company"). This includes any features, designs, or functionality you observe while using the Beta App. You agree not to share, publish, or disclose this information to anyone outside this beta program — including via screenshots, video, social media, or word of mouth — without the Company's prior written consent.
You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use feedback without compensation.
The Beta App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You are solely responsible for the data and content you enter into or share through the Beta App. The Company is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of that data, including as a result of software updates, bugs, or interruptions during the beta period. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup of any data you wish to preserve.
The Beta App may collect diagnostic and usage information.
Participation is voluntary and unpaid.
The Company may terminate access at any time.
Use at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Washington State law applies.
