By installing, accessing, or using the InmiMood beta application ("Beta App"), you agree to the terms of this Beta Tester Agreement.
The Beta App contains confidential and proprietary information belonging to Brian Lichtman and any successor entity, including IMNIiTech, LLC ("Company").
You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use feedback without compensation.
The Beta App is provided "AS IS".
The Beta App may collect diagnostic and usage information.
Participation is voluntary and unpaid.
The Company may terminate access at any time.
Use at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Washington State law applies.
