The App is a personal journaling tool for logging “earworm” songs (songs in your head), how they occurred, and contextual notes about the user’s environment or activity at the time.

Song information (e.g., titles or descriptions of songs in your head)
Context about how the song came up (e.g., triggers or associations)
Optional text notes describing what the user was doing at the time
Timestamps associated with entries
App settings or preferences

The App does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct personal identifiers unless you explicitly include them in your notes.

How Your Data Is Used

All data is used solely to provide the core functionality of the App, which includes:

Recording and organizing your song-related thoughts and experiences
Allowing you to review patterns over time within your personal history

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or marketing purposes.

Data Storage

All user data is stored locally on your device
Data may be included in iCloud backups via Apple’s system-level backup services
The App does not transmit, upload, or send any user data to external servers
We do not operate any backend database or remote storage system

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any user data to third parties.

All data remains under the user’s control on their device and in their personal iCloud backup (if enabled by the user’s device settings).

Data Security

Your data is protected using the security mechanisms provided by your device and Apple’s iOS/iCloud ecosystem.

While we take care to design the App responsibly, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

User Control

You have full control over your data:

You may edit or delete individual entries at any time within the App
You may delete all data by uninstalling the App
iCloud backup data can be managed through Apple’s system settings

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
